Shipping Policy

At Certified-Pep, we ship fast, pack securely, and keep you updated every step of the way.

Processing Time

  • 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after the daily cutoff may start processing the next business day.

Carriers & Rates

  • USPS Priority Mail — flat rate $15 for every order.
  • Typical USPS Priority transit: 2–4 business days (carrier estimate).

Guaranteed Delivery (What That Means)

  • If a package is lost in transit (no movement for a reasonable period or carrier declares lost), we will reship once at no charge after a brief carrier investigation.
  • If tracking shows delivered but not received, contact us within 3 business days. We’ll help file a carrier trace and can require a one-time signature on reship for security.
  • Exclusions: address errors provided at checkout, refused/returned parcels, and locations with documented mail theft may require signature service or alternate arrangements.

Tip: use a secure delivery address. We can add signature on request before shipping.

Tracking & Updates

  • Tracking is emailed automatically when your label prints.
  • Status changes can lag until first carrier scan—this is normal.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your ship-to address at checkout.
  • Address changes are only possible before shipment; after carrier acceptance we cannot reroute.

U.S. Shipping Only

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
  • No international shipping, forwarding services, or reshippers.
  • Orders placed with non-U.S. destinations will be cancelled and refunded.
