Affiliate Program Terms

1) Enrollment & Eligibility

• Must be 18+ and able to enter a binding agreement.
• One account per person/entity. Applications approved or declined at our discretion.
• Promotion must comply with these terms, site policies, and applicable laws.

2) Program Basics & Definitions

• Affiliate Link: Tracked URL assigned to your account. Coupons are not used for tracking.
• Qualifying Order: Paid order not canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or excluded by these terms.
• Cookie Window: 30 days. Last valid click receives attribution.

3) Commissions & Customer Offers

• Rate: 15% of order subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, gift cards, store-credit redemptions) on the referral’s first purchase.
• Customer Discount: Affiliate links do not apply a discount. Shoppers can subscribe for a 10% newsletter welcome coupon (separate from affiliate credit) which may reduce the commission base.
• Commission is calculated on the net subtotal actually paid after discounts and excluding non-commissionable items (see §4).

4) Exclusions (Non-commissionable)

• Taxes, shipping, tips, gift cards, store-credit redemptions.
• Orders intended to game the program (e.g., same household/IP patterns).
• Fraudulent, test, canceled, or fully refunded orders.

5) Reversals & Adjustments

• Commissions remain pending until the clear period (typically 14–30 days) passes.
• Refunds/chargebacks reverse related commissions.
• We may freeze or reverse commissions for fraud, policy violations, or abnormal patterns.

6) Payouts

• Methods: PayPal/Manual (and optionally Store Credit).
• Threshold & Schedule: $100 minimum. Payouts are processed in 7–14 days after the clear period. Balances under threshold roll forward.
• Keep payout details accurate. Provider fees may apply.
• Taxes: You’re responsible for reporting earnings; we may request tax forms if applicable.

7) Promotion Rules

• FTC Disclosures: Disclose near the link (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link”).
• Paid Ads: No brand bidding/typos; do not impersonate Certified-PEP.
• Email: No spam; comply with CAN-SPAM and local laws.
• Claims: No false medical claims. Products are for research use only, not for human consumption.
• Traffic Quality: No incentivized clicks without approval; no cookie stuffing, bots, forced clicks, or deceptive redirects.
• Audience: 18+ with accurate “research use” language.

8) Brand & Creative

• Use approved branding; don’t alter logos/COAs to misrepresent origin or results.
• No domains/handles that impersonate our brand.
• Remove or update any creative within 48 hours if requested.

9) Data & Privacy

• Comply with privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA where applicable).
• Do not expose affiliate dashboard data publicly.

10) Term, Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend/terminate participation at any time; material violations may forfeit unpaid commissions.
• You may leave anytime; approved unpaid commissions above threshold are paid on the next cycle.

11) Changes

We may update rates, exclusions, or policies with notice in the dashboard or by email. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updates.

12) Disclaimer & Liability

Program is provided “as-is.” We aren’t liable for indirect/consequential damages. Aggregate liability won’t exceed commissions paid in the prior three (3) months.

13) Governing Law

Governed by the laws applicable where Certified-PEP operates. Venue/jurisdiction selected by Certified-PEP if a dispute arises.
